I comleted downloading AA V 8.1.3, took 3 hours 
After done downloading I clicked run to install it and while installing this show's up and stops the installation

what should I do :O
Right click the AA installer and choose "Run as Administrator".
yeah it worked but now I get kicked for Losing Key Packets by PunkBuster. Can you help me
Make sure your firewall ins't blocking America's Army. If you are using a wireless connection try to use a wired connection.
