Hello Spitfire
From where were you trying to download the file (website or america's army utility package)?
Thank you, glad you like it.
Sorry for the slow response.
Have you tried updating your video card drivers?
The result shown in AAUP is nothing to worry about.
Did you run the repair from AAUP? Can you post the output after running a repair?
Can you post a full dxdiag here please: http://archive.forum.americasa…pic.php?p=2417201#2417201 ?
Sorry for the inconvenience, it's fixed now.
I am not sure what is causing that error, it's working fine for me on Vista Business.
Which version of Windows are you running?
Can you post a screenshot of the error message please?
Please follow steps 1 and 4 on the following page: http://k2-solutions.eu/forum/index.php?page=FaqDetail&category=1
Only version 2.8.5.0 of the game is still supported.

The account you posted this under is actually already activated. Is there anything else I can help you with?
It was delayed a bit again (I have been bussy with AA3 support).
However the beta version is now here. The gadget will remember in which state it was before (still a bug present where not all data is displayed when undocked). If you have some time, please give it a try and let me know how it works for you.
To install the gadget:
Thank you,

I am sorry, I've been extremely bussy with work and America's Army.
I'll have a beta ready by the end of the week and a public release early next week (either Monday or Tuesday).
Are you interested in testing the beta version?
Thank you and sorry again for all the delays.
One of our servers is currently experiencing technical difficulties. As a result some services won't be reachable.
Update 21:35 CEST: the server is back online, but other issues have been identified which are preventing normal operation of certain services.
Update 23:18 CEST: all services have been restored.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Made some very good progress this weekend, it's almost done.
The error message basically means that it can not connect to the webservice over a secure connection (https).
Since you can reach the webservice using firefox without any issues it could be a firewall issue or some other software on the network that's preventing aaup from connecting.
So I as well suspect it's something on the network you are on that's preventing it from connecting.
