I've worked out the problem. the user authorisation controll was stopping pb from working. i hope this was the reason

i reinstalled it and now it gets to 100% and restarts like it did when i first installed it. i go to manualy update date but theirs no options to add a game. what do i do.

PS installing PB from even balance creates the problem with the service comunication
