Ok, as far as I am aware all auto-updates are finished.
Installed .Net 3.5:

Downloaded and installed that. Still doesn't work, however my automatic updates on windows is going crazy right now. Maybe its downloading updates for .NET 3.5 SP1.
By the way I got the same exact error as before.

I am trying to repair this in AA 2.8.5:

I have reinstalled AA twice from 2 different downloads which were downloaded from two different places.
I have downloaded and installed AAUP 3 times now from here: http://k2-solutions.eu/forum/index.php?page=DownloadDBView&katID=4.
It won't work for me. Here's the error:
