yes i am i had someone send me the dwnload for maps ... but still cant join certain servers

i have joined as both and used a differnt account also
when i use the aaup it messes my aa all up ... i get missing maps and all -

I can join any other server but my clans.. we have a second server i can join it fine as welll as others ... what should i do. i swaped name and password w/someone else they can get on the server on tehre computer but i cant w/his name or mine on his...
