Windows Vista sidebar should have no effect at all.
The Adware-Url.gen is a false positive from McAfee and is most likely related to a link in the America's Army game directory (this isn't spyware/malware, McAfee simply made a mistake).

Using AAUP:
How do I repair America's Army?
- Navigate to the "Repair America's Army" tab
If this tab isn't available it means that either the "Emergency Update" or "Emergency Install" options are still enabled. You can disable these by clicking "Options" and then clicking the menu item which is checked. - Click the "Repair" button
- The repair process will now be started, once done your game installation will be in its "original" state again.
- Navigate to the "Repair America's Army" tab
-
It doesn't have anyting to do with AAUP itself. Your America's Army game install is corrupt, either repair it using AAUP or reinstall the game.

I am not realy sure what is causing this and how to fix it, the best option is to fill in a support ticket with the developers of the deploy client: http://www.aadeploy.com/deploy/supportform/
-
chmod +x server-bin
-
Please post the entire error message.

Sorry I don't have much time during the week, I'll look for a solution tomorrow.

You'll most likely have to create your own block and read the xml feed using javascript or php.

Via webservice: http://services.k2-solutions.eu/AAUP_MainWebService_v2/# or via xml feed: http://services.k2-solutions.eu/aa_services/network.php
