cant install AAUP

    i tried to install AAUP but everytime i open the Setup it will give me this message >>>> dfsvc.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience


    And Is this an error log about AAUP ? coz i notice this appears in my desktop everytime i try to install AAUP

    See if this works:


    Start -> Run -> Type: "%userprofile%\Local Settings\Apps" (without the quotes " )


    Delete everything inside that folder then try to install again.
    Note: this folder is a hidden folder, when you have an explorer window open click Tools
    -> Folder options
    -> View
    -> Show hidden files and folders
